We are looking for a Creative Director to lead our creative team in developing innovative concepts, and strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong artistic vision, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering impactful creative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire a team of designers, copywriters, and other creative professionals to deliver outstanding work that meets client objectives and exceeds expectations.
  • Develop creative concepts, strategies, and campaigns that align with client goals and brand identity.
  • Collaborate with clients, account managers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.
  • Oversee the creative process from concept development to final execution, ensuring consistency and quality across all deliverables.
  • Provide guidance and feedback to creative team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in design, advertising, and marketing.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Present creative concepts and proposals to clients and internal stakeholders, articulating ideas effectively and persuasively.
  • Monitor and evaluate the success of creative projects, using data and analytics to inform future strategies and decisions.
  • Foster a culture of creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement within the creative team and across the organization.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, advertising, marketing, or related field required; master’s degree or relevant certifications preferred.
  • Demonstrated portfolio of creative work showcasing innovative concepts, designs, and campaigns.
  • Experience leading and managing a team of creative professionals, including designers, copywriters, and other creatives.
  • Knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in design and advertising.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development in the field of creativity and design.

Salary: as per experience
