We are looking for an Office Manager to ensure the smooth operation of our office environment and support various administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the office, including managing administrative tasks and coordinating schedules.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary to ensure adequate stock levels.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, such as cleaning services and IT support, to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including handling correspondence, scheduling meetings, and managing travel arrangements.
  • Assist with payroll processing, invoice management, and other financial administrative tasks as needed.
  • Maintain office policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Handle incoming inquiries and redirect them as necessary to appropriate staff members.
  • Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.
  • Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall operation of the company.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an office manager or administrative assistant.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in completing administrative tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, vendors, and staff members.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles and experience with payroll processing is a plus.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to handle multiple tasks and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • High degree of professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, office management, or related field is preferred.

  • 9:00 A.M to 5:00 PM
  • Monday to Saturday
