We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Accounts and Business Development Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
  • Identify and prospect potential clients through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation methods.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, serving as their primary point of contact and addressing their needs and concerns.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments and consultations to understand client requirements and propose tailored solutions.
  • Present and demonstrate company services and solutions to clients in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring terms and conditions are favorable to both parties.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, tracking key metrics and KPIs to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities, updating CRM systems and sales forecasts regularly.

  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and client needs.

Job Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales and business development roles, preferably in the professional services industry.
  • Demonstrated track record of success in acquiring and retaining clients, exceeding sales targets, and driving business growth.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques, with experience in consultative selling and solution-based selling approaches.
  • Experience working with clients in a consulting or advisory capacity (preferred but not required).
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships with clients.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and prospects.
